How to take/use fibronil
kanchnar guggulu
morning dose: before breakfast
take 2 tabs of “Kanchnar Guggulu” with lukewarm water early morning with empty stomach. Please add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder in the lukewarm water.
haridra khand
morning dose: after breakfast
take 1 teaspoon of “Haridra Khand,” put it in half a glass of lukewarm (boiled) hempseed milk. Mix it well and take it.
ashwagandha powder
morning dose: after breakfast
now wait for 10 minutes, take half teaspoon of ashwagandha powder, in half a glass of lukewarm milk, mix it thoroughly and take it.
shigru guggulu
evening dose: after meal
take 2 tabs of “shigru guggulu” with lukewarm water 15 minutes after meal.
punarnavadi mandoor
evening dose: after meal
now wait for 10 minutes after taking shigru guggulu. after 10 mintues, take 2 tabs of punarnavadi mandoor with lukewarm water.

Good Product, loved it
