We offer free shipping on all orders at par or above the total cart value of $179. Be advised that free shipping service is only available to select countries. The standard delivery charges ($40) will be applicable to all orders below $179 for all countries.

Order Processing

The processing of your order starts right after you have successfully made the payment for the products you want to buy. We make every possible effort to expedite the fulfillment of your order. We usually ship your order within 48 business hours (Excluding weekends and holidays) of order confirmation. You will receive an email of your order confirmation and a separate email after we ship your order.

After we ship your order, some circumstances aren’t in our control i.e, covid situations, custom clearance, some unavoidable circumstances, or a hold on your product by local authorities. Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control and may delay the fulfillment of your order by several days/weeks. We sought a forbearing gesture from you in case of delay in your shipment.

Custom Hold

Each country has its own custom clearance norms, laws, and certain regulations that are unfortunately beyond our control. Most countries have their own rules and regulations that need to be fulfilled before they allow herbal, dietary supplements. We recommend our customers to contact their customs office to learn if there is any special requirement or if there is any restriction imposed on the import of herbal or dietary supplements.

As these circumstances are out of our control, we (Dr. Sebi Journal) are not responsible for customs holds of your product/s or hold by local authorities. Please understand that the aforementioned condition is a standard practice among international exporters, retailers, and e-com-stores.

In Case of Wrong Address Provided

If you, the customer, provide the wrong address erroneously and if the product can’t be delivered and returned to us, we (drsebijournal.org) are not responsible for additional charges in order to reship your product.

You have to bear the shipping cost and need to be paid at the earliest so that we could ship your product without any further delay.
